چکیده:
هدف کلی این پژوهش، بررسی چال شهای دهیاران در مدیریت
نوین روستایی شهرستان اسکو بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل
دهیاران و ساکنان روستاهای دارای دهیاری در شهرستان اسکو از توابع
بود. حجم جامعه نمونه در بخش) N= استان آذربایجان شرقی) 40752
روستاییان با استفاده از فرمول نمون هگیری کوکران 220 نفر برآورد
شد و برای بخش دهیاران نیز 22 نفر از آنان برای مطالعه انتخاب
شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داد هها، از روشهای سلسله مراتبی فازی
SPSS و نرم افزار) GIS (سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی،) FAHP (
تک نمونهای استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل سلسله t جهت انجام آزمون
مراتبی فازی حاصل از پرسشنامه دهیاران نشان داد که مه مترین
چال شهای دهیاران در مدیریت نوین روستایی به ترتیب چال شهای
اقتصادی – حمایتی، مدیریتی، زیرساختی، حقوقی، آموزشی و تخصصی
و اجتماعی بود. اما مهمترین چال شها از دیدگاه روستاییان به ترتیب
شامل چال شهای اقتصادی – حمایتی، حقوقی، آموزشی و تخصصی،
مدیریتی، زیرساختی و اجتماعی بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در
رابطه ب ا چال شهای مورد بررسی توافقی بین جامعه مورد مطالعه
دهیاران و ساکنان روستاها وجود ندارد. نتایج این پژوهش در جهت
مدیریت اثربخش جوامع روستایی م یتواند مورد استفاده مدیران نوین
روستایی جهت اتخاذ سیاس تهای مهم در زمینه مدیریت توسعه
پایدار روستایی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
The overall aim of this study was to investigate the challenges
faced by Dehyaries in modern rural management.
The statistical population of this study was rural Dehyaries
and residents of villages in the cosku county (N = 40752).
The sample size of the rural population was 220 people
that selected by using the Cochran sampling formula, and
for the Dehyaries population, were 22 people that selected
for study. To analyze the data, Fuzzy Hierarchy (FAHP),
GIS and SPSS software were used for single-sample t-test.
The results of fuzzy hierarchical analysis results from the
Dehyaries questionnaire show that the most important
challenges for Dehyaries in the modern rural management
were economic, administrative, infrastructural, legal, educational,
specialized and social order, but from the villagers’
point of view the most important The challenges
included economic, supportive, legal, educational and specialized,
management, infrastructure and social. The results
also showed that there is no agreement between the
Dehyaries and local communities in the sub-section of the
Challenges. The results of this research for effective management
of rural communities can be used by rural development
managers to adopt important policies in this field.
