Extensive communication between countries and nations is one of the characteristics of today's world, and on this basis, Islamic countries and Muslims do not shy away from having relations with foreign countries and non-Muslim nations. Therefore, in this connection, in addition to preserving national interests, it is very necessary to adhere to the principles of values and religious orders in the field of moral and social relations with non-Muslim countries, which the Holy Quran and traditions state. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating social etiquette in the dimension of moral and social relations with non-Muslims from the perspective of Islam and in a descriptive and library-type way. The findings of the research indicate that Islam is a religion of pure human nature and a religion of kindness, and it has come for the guidance and happiness of all humanity, and since the choice of religion is optional, there are always more or less non-Muslims in all Islamic societies. Islam commands respect for rights, good behavior and peaceful coexistence with all people, especially followers of other religions. Both those who live in Islamic society and under the rule of Islam and those who live in non-Islamic societies.
