چکیده:
نابرابری درون ناحیهای و بین ناحیهای در بسیاری از کشورها چالشی اساسی در مسیر توسعه میباشد. این نابرابری یکی از مظاهر بارز کشورهای جهان سوم بوده و ناشی از شرایط اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی این کشورها میباشد. این تحقیق به بررسی میزان محرومیت در بین مناطق و سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پرداخت. این تحقیق در زمره مطالعات کاربردی و از نوع ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی واطلاعات آن به صورت اسنادی جمع آوری شد. برای سنجش محرومیت اجتماعی 18 شاخص، محرومیت اقتصادی20 شاخص و برای محرومیت محیطی از 11 شاخص استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد سکونتگاههای روستایی به لحاظ محرومیت اجتماعی و اقتصادی محرومیت بیشتری نسبت به سکونت گاههای شهری داشتهاند و این سکونتگاهها تنها به لحاظ محرومیت محیطی، نسبت به سکونت گاههای شهری محرومیت کمتری دارند. همچنین به لحاظ شاخص ترکیبی محرومیت که از تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل خوشهای استفاده شد. استانهای کشور به لحاظ محرومیت درسه گروه محرومیت پایین، متوسط و بالا طبقه بندی شدند و به موجب این تحلیل استانهای با سطح محرومیت پایین بیشتردر نواحی میانی و مرکزی کشور متمرکز داشتند و این مناطق بیشترین جمعیت شهرنشین کشور را شامل میشوند و در مقابل مناطق سطح محرومیت متوسط، بیشر در نواحی شرقی و غربی کشور بودهاند و این استانها بیشترین جمعیت روستانشین کشور را دارند.
The issue of intra-regional and inter-regional inequality in many countries is a major challenge to development. This inequality is one of the manifestations of the Third World countries and is due to the economic, social and political conditions of these countries. This study examined the extent of deprivation among urban and rural areas and settlements. This research was compiled as a descriptive-analytical nature of the applied studies and its data was documented. To measure social deprivation, 18 indicators were used, economic deprivation of 20 indicators, and 11 indicators were used for environmental deprivation. The results of the study showed that rural settlements have been deprived of social and economic deprivation more than urban residences, and these settlements are less deprived of urban residences in terms of environmental deprivation. Also, in terms of the combination of deprivation index, which was used as a cluster analysis technique. Provinces of the country were classified into three deprived departments: low, medium and high. According to this analysis, provinces with a lower depreciation level were concentrated in the central and central parts of the country, and these regions comprise the largest urban population, and in contrast, The areas of the average deprivation rate have been the highest in the eastern and western parts of the country, and these provinces have the most rural populations in the country.
