چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی ساختاری حل خلاق مسئله مدیران براساس تصمیمگیری با میانجیگری خلاقیت در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی، توصیفی همبستگی است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان تهران در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 میباشد که از جامعه مذکور به حجم 1300 نفر، با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 297 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه حل خلاق مسئله مدیران باسادر (1995)، تصمیمگیری اسکات و بروس (1995) و خلاقیت تورنس (1979) استفاده شده بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که تصمیمگیری به صورت معنادار حل خلاق مسئله را در مدیران دانشگاه آزاد پیش بینی میکند. خلاقیت به صورت معنادار حل خلاق مسئله را در مدیران دانشگاه آزاد پیش بینی میکند و خلاقیت رابطه بین تصمیمگیری و حل خلاق مسئله را در مدیران دانشگاه آزاد میانجیگری میکند.
The present study has been implemented with the aim of providing structural model for creative problem solving for managers based on decision making which is mediated by creativity in Tehran province Islamic Azad universities managers. The research is applied, exploratory and correlational. The statistical population of the research includes all managers of Tehran province Islamic Azad universities during the academic year 1397-1398 with the volume of 1300 persons out of which and by cluster random sampling and using Krejcie and Morgan table, 297 managers were selected. To collect data, the following questionnaires were used: Basadr creative problem solving questionnaire (1995), Scott & Bruce decision making questionnaire (1995), Torrance creativity questionnaire (1979).Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results showed that decision making predicts significantly the creative problem solving among Islamic Azad universities managers. Creativity predicts significantly creative problem solving among the managers, and creativity mediates the relationship between decision making and creative problem solving among the managers
