چکیده:
در این پژوهش به روند اقدامات و تحولات بهداشتی و درمانی مناطق کردنشین در دوره پهلوی اول پرداخته شده است. با وجودی که تجربة گـذار از طـب سـنتی و مواجهـه بـا مفهـومی متجدد از پزشکی و بهداشت در دورة قاجار رقم خورد، نمودهای عینی این تحول در مناطق کردنشین با تأخیری دو سه دههای همراه بود. در دوره جنگ جهانی اول و ورود نیروهای متخاصم به صفحات غربی ایران، نخستین مراکز مدرن پزشکی دائر شدند و در دهه دوم سلطنت رضاشاه، با تأسیس بیمارستانها و روشهای مدرن، مبارزه با بیماریها ادامه یافت. با توجه به تحولات و دگرگونیهای اساسی بهداشت و درمان در دوره مورد مطالعه، این پژوهش بر آن است با تکیه بر اسناد و مدارک منتشر نشدة آرشیوی، روزنامهها و با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی روند تحولات و اقدامات بهداشتی و درمانی مناطق کردنشین را در دورة مورد نظر بررسی نماید. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر دائر شدن تدریجی مراکز درمانی، داروخانهها و کاربست روشهای مدرن برای بیماریهای مسری است. با این وجود در دوره مورد مطالعه، طبیبان و داروفروشان سنتی هم به حیات خویش ادامه داده و در شهرهای کوچک و نواحی روستایی، آنها با چالشی جدی مواجه نشدند.
